Palm Cove Is the most beautiful tropical hideaways that exists anywhere in north Queensland. Diving and snorkeling, including dive instruction is available and inexperienced divers can even have the same experience as a diver by donning a hard hat and be lowered into the reef waters on a hydraulic platform. This experience is now available with several operators. Extended dive trips to more remote reef locations are also available for qualified divers.

North Queensland is scenically spectacular and the immediate environment around Palm Cove is home to interesting activities like the Tjapukai Aboriginal display where you can come to understand something about their lifestyle and culture and next door, you can ride the skyrail to Kuranda on the Atherton Tablelands for the day.
